food option quick service
Breakfast included many food options. The service was always quick. The room had very comfortable beds, so I slept well. I liked the bakery for lunch and snacks between meals. The service there was excellent and efficient.
The rooms do not have windows , made getting fresh air harder.

Balanced stay, some issues
spacious rooms welcome cake broken tiles poor mini-bar
The building is magnificent. It really catches the eye. Rooms were spacious. Buggy service was available, and there were many activities to participate in, I even found a welcome cake waiting in the room.
The mini-bar was not stocked well for an all-inclusive package. It had one tin of beer, two sodas, and two waters. The pool was in need of maintenance as I saw many broken tiles. It felt dangerous.

friendly staff good cuisine consistent timing
recently, i stayed at this hotel with my family. staff are very cute. they are friendly, and helpful too. we found the cuisine to be very good quality. the bakery club served many refreshments and food. i found several pools and a kids club with different activities. housekeeping kept our accommodation in good order. i appreciate the consistent timing.
